Mailing some letters and notes out to friends and family members – they are trickling out slowly. Handmade and handwritten niceness is so refreshing to receive via the post these days- so much more personal than emails, facebook messages and tweets. I would like to get some photos of the pieces from the recipients and update this post with them – so if you get something in the mail from me – please send me photographs! =)
This weekend will be spent at the Public Market and the Clothesline Festival. I would like to get some herbs to grow in my big tomato planter for the fall and winter – they have all sorts there, I should be able to make a nice mix. Another cold day today, high of 69. My peppers are quite aching for sunshine – not sure if I will get them to ripen any more, but I’ll keep them out until it starts to freeze at night.
